This document (Privacy Policy) governs how we handle the information and data you provide to us so that we can provide you with the most effective way to use our products and services provided online (both through our website and mobile platform).

2. What personal data do we collect about you? For what purpose and for how long do we collect it?
We only process your personal data within the scope of the individual services we provide or for other processing purposes, specifically:
- We provide our products and services through our website and mobile apps, but use of our products and services requires registration. For the purpose of registration, we process your name, surname, birth number, date and place of birth, gender, permanent and postal address, citizenship, email, phone number and Pay Pal account. The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the performance of a contract to which you are a party

The legal basis for such processing is the performance of a contract (i.e. the provision of our services).
Personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary to ensure the functionality of the website and applications (i.e. for a few days or weeks, or for the duration of the contractual relationship, if necessary).
- In addition to the above, we must process and store your personal data in the scope of name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, PayPal account, for the purpose of possible inquiries and complaints in the future.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest or the legitimate interest of a third party. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil this purpose, but no longer than 10 years from the start of the statutory limitation period in each individual case.

4. What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data?
If you give us your consent to process your personal data, you do so entirely voluntarily and you also have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (including profiling) or on the basis of legitimate interest, you also have the right to object to such processing at any time.

5. How long do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the period of time that is strictly necessary for the fulfilment of a specific processing purpose, i.e. typically for the performance of a contractual relationship or for the period of time expressly required by applicable law. If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, this personal data will only be processed for as long as the consent is valid, which you can withdraw at any time.
If you do so, we will cease to process your personal data for the purposes for which consent was given.
6. How do we use social networks?
Our website may contain social media features or mobile applications such as Facebook or Twitter. These features may collect certain information about visitors to our website, such as IP address or browsing history, and may implement cookies on visitors’ browsers. Please note that the processing of the collected data is governed by the policies adopted by the operators of the social networks and therefore these processing purposes are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Any changes that may be made in the future to the Privacy Statement will be communicated to you through the agreed communication channels.
