Scan the QR code below to download the ejoin GO app on Google Play or the AppStore.

Register
Once you open the app, create a Smart Fuel Pass account. Smart Fuel Pass is our platform through which you can access a map of charging stations, station authorisation and automatic payments. Once you’ve completed the authorization, be sure to sign a contract to use the charging services.

Top up your account balance
The ejoin GO app is also used directly to pay for charging and the Smart Fuel Pass account is your personal bank account. You can TopUp money to your account using your credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Make sure you always have enough funds in your account.

All set, you can charge
Now you have access to all the benefits of the ejoin GO network. Find the station where you want to charge on the map, select the booking amount and charging is initiated. When the charging is complete, you will only be charged the actual charging amount and the rest of the booking will be refunded to your account.

The price of charging an electric car
AC charging
At all AC charging stations in the ejoin GO network, you charge at a price of 0.29€/kWh. Once your vehicle is fully charged, you have 15 minutes to vacate your parking space, after which you will be charged a parking fee of 1.00€/minute of parking. Prices at partner stations in the ejoin GO network may vary. You can always check the current charging price in the ejoin GO app.

DC charging
At DC stations in the ejoin GO network, charging is available at a price of 0.39€/kWh, regardless of the performance of the fast charging station. Once your vehicle is fully charged, you have 15 minutes to vacate your parking space, after which you will be charged a parking fee of 1.00€/minute of parking. The price for charging at partner stations in the ejoin GO network may vary. You can always check the current charging price in the ejoin GO app.

How to start charging?

Plug the cable into the vehicle
Select your desired charging connector and plug it into the vehicle. The charging station will switch to “Preparing” mode.

Authorise charging
You can authorise charging using the ejoin GO mobile app. Simply select the station and connector you have plugged into the vehicle in the app, select the reservation amount and the charging is authorised. For RFID card authorisation, simply attach the card to the RFID reader on the charging station.

Pay for charging
In the case of authorisation via the ejoin GO app, you pay for charging automatically. The amount you actually charge will be deducted from the booking amount and the rest will be refunded to your account in the app.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find a map of your charging points?
An up-to-date map together with information on the availability of charging points can be found on our ejoin GO mobile app as well as on the portal.smartfuelpass.com website.
How do I register in your network?
You can register for the ejoin GO network at portal.smartfuelpass.com. Once you have created an account, you need to enter into a contract for the use of the charging services.
How do I authorise and pay for charging?
You can easily authorise charging via the mobile app. Select the desired charging point on the map and start charging. You will be prompted for the booking amount before starting. This is the amount we will reserve on your account and after charging, we will only charge the amount actually charged and the rest will be refunded to you.
Can I charge at your station without registering?
Yes, there is a QR code on each station. After scanning it, your device’s browser will redirect you to a web page with the station’s connectors. If you want to charge without registering, simply select the option to charge as a non-registered user and pay for the charge using your credit card. Charging for non-registered users is more expensive.
